TRAVELGOOP BID WIZARD INSTRUCTIONS
1) If you haven't selected a city yet, search for the city in the search field at the top of the page
2) Fill out your target star quality level, area, and price range in the YELLOW box
3) Fill in the maximum star levels for each area as currently set at Priceline.com
3a.) In a new window, open Priceline.com
3b.) Search for your city under hotels and click the link to "Name Your Own Price"
3c.) A list of areas similar to Travelgoop's Bid Wizard page will appear along with star levels
3d.) Click on the first area on the list
3e.) Make note of the highest star level that becomes enabled
3f.) Unselect the first area and repeat for each area (
MAKE SURE ONLY ONE AREA IS SELECTED AT A TIME!)
3g.) In the Travelgoop Bid Wizard, select the maximum star level for each area
4) Check the box confirming you checked Priceline.com to get these values
5) Push the "Generate Bid Strategy" button

If default star values are set, they are left over from the last user. They may save you time in this checking process, but ALWAYS goto Priceline.com and check that these values are correct!
